Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 days of dispatch. Holiday periods and peak seasons can add a few days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see includes shipping — nothing is added at checkout except applicable taxes.

Customs, duties and taxes

Our products are dispatched from our supplier's fulfilment network, which may be located outside Canada. Depending on where your parcel ships from, it may be subject to import duty, tax, or a carrier handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by the Canada Border Services Agency and the carrier, not by us, and are not included in the price at checkout. Where they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will resend it once you have confirmed the correct address, or refund you minus any costs already incurred.

Delayed or lost parcels

If more than 30 days have passed since you received tracking and your order has not arrived, contact us and we will either resend your order or refund you in full.
